Alerts provides a way to get messages from ABOS to occupants, managers or facilities management professionals immediately using SMS or email.
Alerts can be set up to report on any mechanical system connected to the ABOS system. They can be sent about whole building systems, or individual room or zone settings.
Alerts can be used to communicate in real-time. Atamate Watch automatically checks ABOS connected devices are behaving in an expected way. In the event of an anomaly, Alerts will contact nominated users.
Simplified communication
Messages can be sent to different destinations using Alerts according to the importance of the alert. There are three levels of importance (emergency, alert and information), so it is simple to specify how each contact should receive messages at each level. For example, you might want an email when the heating system has lost pressure, but a SMS text message if the fire alarm is triggered while the building is unoccupied.
Multiple contacts
Alerts stores contact details for multiple contacts, so alerts can be sent to individual occupants, building owner or manager as required.
Alerts can be used in conjunction with other Atamate data products. It can report on anomalies picked up by Atamate Watch to the facilities manager who can prioritise workloads depending on the nature of the issue.
In combination with Atamate Actions, Alerts can be set up to report in the event of a fault on any system connected to the Atamate system such as a fire alarm fault or a rise in humidity under a bath or shower tray.
Data from Atamate Analysis is used for more than troubleshooting building problem areas. Alerts can be set up to inform you when output from a solar array reaches a certain amount, and on how many days per year this occurs.
