Atamate Metering utilises the Atamate Hub within a building to collect and upload meter data in near real time. Metering provides a secure repository for data and a dashboard for viewing and analysis of the data collected.
Reports on tenant sub-meter data can be collated into weekly or monthly reports and uploaded into a third party accounts system for billing purposes.
Installing Atamate hardware within the building to facilitate data upload to a SMEMS system will provide additional functionality by allowing both utility and sub-tenant metering information to be recorded on a common platform.
Using tenant sub meters, Atamate Metering will collate data into separate monthly reports which can be used for billing or performance reporting.
Data from Atamate metering can be uploaded into third party accounting software and used for invoicing purposes.
Data from utility meters can be surfaced and compiled into reports allowing comparison of energy costs and estimated carbon emissions to be plotted against other aspects of the building's performance.
Circuit and device sub-metering - Circuit and device meters typically only measure current (not voltage). They are used to understand electrical consumption within a building at a more granular level.
Atamate data can generate the bills for the tenants and also produce reports on their usage that they can access, which meets the regulatory requirements for transparency. This includes water and heating as well as electricity.
